Corey and Jayson were fantastic. We had an issue with the our gas fireplace, Corey and Jayson diagnosed and fixed my problem quickly after other plumbers had failed. They communicated well and thought out of the box to fix this issue. The price was very competitive. I would 10/10 recommend using their service in the future!

I actually subscribe to the routine maintenance service through John Stevenson and I love it! i’ve had so many bad experiences with water heaters going bad at my properties, so now I feel like routine maintenance with the hard water, I have in areas that I own property, is just worth it. The team is excellent! They offer great customer service and are very attentive! I figure if I can pay for a Netflix subscription I can pay for a subscription to keep my plumbing in good shape in the properties I own!

We noticed a sewer line leaking near the house, when we went to dig it out we nicked the propane line. They were out to our house within an hour to investigate the issues and got us quoted and fixed the propane line by the end of the day however we didn’t have them fix the sewer line due to prices. Now my real issue lies with the fact there was a 3/4 inch pipe with a valve near by leaking, they offered to fix it and we didn’t think much of it, it’s a repair I have done myself before on the ranch, Very basic. I finally got a broken down invoice of the repairs and They charged almost $1000 to fix a pipe a plumber would have fixed for $150-200 and we could have fixed ourselves for $40 if we had known they were going to outrageously charge us, I would have never had them take care of it. I feel stupid for trusting them and not demanding a broken down invoice before hand. So that was my fault.

I needed several small repairs and the initial consultation was quick but thorough. The best part is they got me scheduled the next day, quoted the work, and completed the work the very next day. I didn't want to wait days or weeks. The consulting plumber and the two who performed the repairs did an outstanding job. I'd call them again for any of our plumbing issues.

Very professional and not pushy. I had a heater problem. They went to examine it and presented a very thorough analysis of what was going on. It included data, info from the old heater, what the problem had caused ( breakage) and the repairs that were entailed. I was able to make a decision and It was excellent. The additional staff operated at the same standard.

I wanted to share my expience with Adam at John Stevenson Plumbing. Adam answered my questions about what I though was a water leak. My water past 2 months were $4-500! I took video & photos of running water coming from pipe from side of house. Adam was calm, professional & efficient looking over water heater & water softener connection. Checked inside house as we both agreed it was most likely a water leak! Adam decided to look in backyard & he found a leaking water sprinkler!! That was awesome find. Adam is very thorough & great sense of humor! I totally appreciate him & all plumbers/ HVAC workers at John Stephen's !! Thank you for all the upgrades & follow ups in my home! My water bill is back to $1-200 after water pipe & sprinkler. head replaced!! Y'all are a Fantastic service ! I often recommend John Stevens Plumbing!! Thanks again! Veronica

Christian and Anthony did an amazing job at troubleshooting a very difficult (and unusual) situation with the plumbing in our kitchen sink. The eventual answer was far from obvious, but they were relentless and would not stop testing and brainstorming until they finally figured it out. I highly recommend John Stevenson Plumbing and Heating, and they will for sure be my plumbers and HVAC technicians for as long as I own my house.

Skyler was very informative and knowledgeable. He was very professional and he could answer all questions. However, the price differential that his company was offering was $7,000 more than another bidder that we decided to go for. Honestly, if the price differential was around $1,000 different, we would go with John Stevenson plumbing. Also, there was no financing available for the price he was offering. I would not hesitate to use John, Stevenson and Skyler in the future.
